Features:

The function of water treatment equipment is to process natural freshwater resources without industrial pollution (such as mountain spring water, river water, groundwater, etc.) through multi-step filtration processing to make it into pure water or mineral water that can be directly drank.

Operating principle:

The filtration process is to inject raw water such as well water or river water into the water treatment equipment through a water pump. After entering the water treatment equipment, the machine operates fully automatically. After five filtrations, the waste water and pure water are discharged separately. In the first step, the raw water passes through a quartz sand filter to retain all particulate impurities. In the second step, the raw water enters the activated carbon filter to remove the odor and color in the water. In the third step, the raw water enters the resin filter and various minerals in the water are filtered out through plasma exchange. In the fourth step, the initially filtered raw water enters the most important reverse osmosis system and is filtered through the reverse osmosis membrane to remove microorganisms in the water. In the fifth step, the raw water enters the precision filter, and the missing impurities in the water are filtered out through the PP cotton filter element in the precision filter. After all filtration is complete, the water is ready to drink.

Machine features:

The equipment can produce 6000L pure water or mineral water per hour. The machine is operated by buttons on the electric control box or by manual valves. The machine comes with enough supplies to last a year, and more can be purchased separately. The machine is available in two models: full 304 stainless steel and partial 304 stainless steel. 316 stainless steel can also be customized. The machine is simple to operate, easy to maintain, has a long service life, few wearing parts, and low cost of use.
